So these aren't Kiernan's best photos, but we still think he's pretty cute.

Oliver made his first batch of cookies with me last week---and let's just say, he likes the cookie dough a lot more than the cookies (just like his momma!)

Hurricne Fay

Mike had to travel to Florida for 5 whole days last week, so instead of being home alone with Oliver and Kiernan, we made a last minute decision that it would be easier to travel-and spend time with Lolo and Lola (my dad and step-mom) and Tito Jason and Tito Jebby. We had a GREAT time, and Oliver really enjoyed hanging with the big boys! Of course, we were stuck inside most of the time due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Fay, but it was still lots of fun (and way less stressful than being a single mom for so many days).

You guessed it...

Our oldest boy is a shrimp! Look closely and you'll see that the shorts Kiernan is wearing in the first photo (a gift to him) are the same that Oliver is wearing in the second photo. We had originally thought the shorts were a bit big----but they fit the one month old so......


And we admit these pants are a bit short and tight, but they are newborn size (the tag says "up to 7 lbs").

We had our first weekend at home alone...and there was lots of napping going on!

Play date with Jack and Linden

Jack and Linden came over today to play with us while Mike was in Texas. It was a really fun day, and it clearly tuckered Kiernan out!

Here's Kiernan hanging out with dad. The face is kind of a funny one---but give the kid a break, he's only 10 days old.... I'd love to say that Oliver dresses himself, but today I think dad had some influence. Oh, and the shorts---they were a gift for Kiernan. Size 3 months.

Oliver is doing such a great job as a big brother. He helps change diapers, telling Kiernan, "It's OK Kiernan!" when he cries. His favorite activity, besides poking the little guy in the eyes, is to hold him.

Wrestling with Jack-Jack

The boys (and their parents) came over last night to celebrate Stephanie's Birthday. Oliver decided that he need to practice some of those WWE wrestling moves on Jack before Kiernan gets any bigger and tries the moves on him...
