School

Today was the first day I left Kiernan at school. He loved it! He said, "I played with trains and toys and my new friends!"

He only had 1 hour this morning, so we went to the coffee shop to celebrate while we wait to pick ip Oliver.

Oh Boy!

We had our first ER visit for an injury...Oliver took a big fall and needed 6 stitches. He was a total champ, and is doing great!












We had a lot of time to wait, so Oliver practiced writing his letters.












Kiernan was really concerned about his big brother. He was at home during our trip, but once he saw Oliver, he requested a band aid for solidarity purposes.











This morning, Oliver is totally fine--although baby Caillou is still healing.

Kiernan's First Day of School!!!

Academy of Natural Sciences

We went to the Academy of Natural Sciences on Sunday with Auntie Em---it was so fun!  They have tons of hands on activities for the boys, including chiseling stone to find fossils, climbing into dinosaur skeleton casts, and petting lots of cool animals (rabbits, turtles, fish).

One should always eat dinner with a mask and snorkel on.

After a long day of playing outside, the boys fell asleep in crazy places.

Acadia National Park

After family camp, we went up to Blue Hill to visit Grammy and Bampy. We spent a day in Acadia, biking on the carriage roads. It was really hot, and somehow we managed to go uphill the entire way. After lunch (of popovers at Jordan Pond House) we went to the top of Cadillac Mountain to fly a kite.
