Saturday night Camping
After spending the day at the beach, we went back to our campsite and made some dinner. Kiernan was nicknamed "Pig Pen", and it appears that the reason he was constantly the dirtiest of all the boys might not be a mystery.
Mike amazed the boys by making snakes out of little pellets (thanks China for yet another amazing contribution to culture). It appears that Jason and Oliver were having their own side conversation.
Saturday at the Beach--Cape Henlopen SP
There is a beautiful beach at Cape Henlopen. We had a bit of a mix-up getting there, which included Steph and I walking for close to an hour trying to find all of the men, but even that turned into a fun adventure.

Mike buried Oliver and Jack---which they mostly loved.
After a looooong day in the sun, the older brothers passed out for a nap. There was still a lot of camping to do before the day was over.
Camping at Cape Henlopen State Park, Delaware, Friday
We went camping with the Arnolds this weekend at Cape Henlopen State Park---it is a beautiful park on the water, with great wooded campsites. Spending the weekend with best buds sure is fun!
All of the boys (Mike too) really loved the hammock (that is, when it wasn't falling from trees).
We spent a lot of time sitting around the fire, watching the boys run around and explore. On occasion, one would grace us with their presence, and then they'd be off again.
At night, we roasted marshmallows and made s'mores. Kiernan seems to have the sweet tooth of the bunch, and Oliver and Jack just like holding things in the fire.
The night ended with a really great ghost story, which I think involved Kermit the Frog....
