We started Kiernan's birthday out early----both boys were VERY excited---especially when they found a new slide, a tent and some cars waiting for Kiernan to open!
The slide became and even bigger hit when it became a water slide! It was especially wonderful since today reached well into the hundreds!
For weeks Kiernan has been asking for a monkey cake, so I whipped one up for the little man. I also made some gift bags for the boys (if you look closely you can see the K, J, W & O).
After lots of time playing in the pool, on the slide and in our new wacky arm waving sprinkler (we need to get a video of its insanity at some point---it's CRAZY) the boys practically rioted saying it was time for cake. They also decided that cake is best consumed shirtless.
After cake, the boys got busy playing with their new cars. A wonderful second birthday for our big boy!
